Bryant Boats is located in Sweetwater Tennessee - a small, quiet little town within A STONE,S THROW of some of the most scenic lakes in the southeast. We are headquartered in a historic brick building that we renovated to preserve its history and set the tone for the handmade craftsmanship that goes into the making of each Bryant boat.
You could say boat building is in our blood. For the Bryant family, boat building is a tradition that has spanned nearly 50 years. In 1960, Jim Bryant founded his first boat company in Knoxville, Tennessee. Thirty years later, he and his son Joe founded Bryant Boats in nearby Sweetwater. It's all both men have ever done. It,s the only thing they have ever wanted to do. Building the best boats in the world is more than a family business, it,s a family passion. When you build a limited number of boats per year - and you put your family name on each and every one of them - you take the time to make sure that they are built right. It,s our love made real.

Bryant Boats 2010 Owners Gathering - Read The Story
Bryant owners' weekend is a unique opportunity for Bryant owners to tour the Bryant factory in Sweetwater, TN and get to know the people that built their boats. Bryant boats are almost exclusively hand built. As a result, there are many skilled and friendly craftspeople that work at the facility. The owners' weekend is a chance for people to meet the craftspeople and understand a little more what it takes to build some of the highest quality boats in the world.
The weekend was full of family friendly fun. Friday, the guests enjoyed a cookout, provided by Black Eyed Joes BBQ, and tours of the facility. Vendors, like boats mate, were also on hand to give demonstrations and introduce new products. Saturday was full of fun on the lake. Guest enjoyed test rides in different Bryant models on the beautiful Watt's Bar Lake. Later the group went on a raft-up, a trip to the dam, and then spent the rest of the afternoon on Sand Island.
This years owners' weekend was Hawaiian themed and a huge hit. In fact, it is probably the best we've ever had. The event is always festive and a lot of fun. Keep an eye on your calendar next summer. Bryant owners' weekend is well worth the drive, and a great way to create even more memories in your Bryant boat.
